2011 Uncle Popov Top 23 [Week 7]

Caught an error in the conference measure, although it altered very little.  The Pac-12 was still only adding up conference numbers from the Pac-10 and did not incorporate the new members Colorado and Utah.  That was corrected for this week.

Alabama continues to dominate.  Utah, the beneficiary of the Pac-12 boost, moved back ahead of Oklahoma State.  Biggest mover in the Top 23 was Virginia Tech, which moved from 20th to 17th.  Biggest loser was Texas Tech, dropping four spots to number 23.  Mississippi State had the biggest drop of the week, going from 47th to 54th, while UL-Monroe made the biggest leap — five spots.

And, the Basement remained the same, although Washington State slide down from 116th to 118th.
